Blaziken and Mega Blaziken Papercraft by LuisFerrari Blaziken and Mega Blaziken Papercraft by LuisFerrari
This time we bring you Blaziken V2 and Mega Blaziken ^^

The first Blaziken is very nice, but this pokemon needed that Blaze Kick pose! Come one, it fits it perfectly! I asked Brandon for it not long ago and built it right after I got the pdo. Same goes for Mega Blaziken, in fact they were to be released last week, I finnished them in time, but took me a couple of days to take the picture :P I think it was worth the time it took to take them, the Blaziken picture is one of my favorites XD

This is a nice mega, but in my opinion the regular version really steals the attention on the picture, not only because of the pose but the colors as well. Blaziken is, surprisingly, harder than Mega Blaziken, the hair and that "V" on the head, they ain't easy, trust me ^^ There's a little trick to make them stand, just follow the instuctions on the template and it will stand well.

Both models edited by Brandon and built by me. They are released already:

I think 120, something that thick. I wanted a paper with a shinier look, but they ran out of it.

It's among my favorites pokemons, specialy since i built them, they were incredible, Brandon sure did an amazing edit on them. That is THE pose for Blaziken, but even though the Mega is amazing, the regular is one of my favorite models so far.

Yeah, Brandon is really great, I've always loved his edits, he is an awesome designer !!
And I completely agree, this pose shows how a badass Blaziken is !! The only thing that bother me a little with the Mega is that it gives the impression he is in a "Drunken Fist" pose but well, it's still awesome !! And I also prefer the regular one, such a dynamic pose is perfect !!

He has some great models, Zekrom, Link, Torterra, the list goes on...
I'm ok with it, creates a paralel between the both of them with the same angle on the body, creates a great set.

Yeah, I know those models, in fact anyone who is really into Papercraft for a long time (seven years for me !) know Brandon's models as much as Ninjatoes's ones !!

Yeah you're right, this set is awesome, and I'm glad to see how much the Paperpokés improved with the time because now, the team is really designing models which actually make justice to the Pokémon they are depicting !

It's been aboout 6 years for me, focusing almost only on pokemons.

There's sure been an improvement, when put side by side, the difference between both Blazikens is incredible, not that the older models are bad, but the new ones are fantastic.

6 Years ? That's around when Paperpoké began to be known, right ?

The older model are far from being bad, but it's clear that right now, we can see how much all the team improved, just like the Pokémon themselves, the Team keeps evolving, and I hope that one day my Digimon models will be able to rivalise with the Paperpokés !!!

Might have been less than, about 5 years or so. Man, it seems like I built my first model yesterday...

I can't see a point for rivalry, we mainly build Pokemons. There are a only few digimons of our designers and built I know of only two I built.
